It’s Suntory time.
Island Radio’s own Quinn Zuo has made it through to the next round of the Suntory Cup—a competition that invites bartenders to showcase their passion, creativity, and dedication to the craft.
This round, competitors have been challenged to embrace nostalgia, and create a cocktail inspired by the past.
Between June 23 and July 13 at Island Radio, Quinn is serving up his take on a classic Collins cocktail—giving the tall, refreshing sip a fruity, high-energy twist.
It’s ready to bring retro disco vibes to your Friday night.

A 3% gratuity applies to all dine-in bills, and is removable upon request. 10% service charge replaces the gratuity for groups of 8 or more. Please note that a 10% surcharge applies on Sundays, and a 15% surcharge is applied on public holidays.
