Good Food Events is back for its 2025 Snack Series, presented by Aurum Poultry Co.

After a successful Melbourne run featuring a range of limited-edition snacks from Prince Dining Room, Serai, Maha, Sunda, Lee Ho Fook, and Reine & La Rue, Sydney is now getting the Snack Series treatment.

Five vibrant Sydney restaurants—Firepop, Viand, 20 Chapel, Panorama Bar, and our own Island Radio—have each been invited to create one exclusive cockerel-based snack, on offer throughout the entire month of June.


BOOK IN AND GET SNACKING

For Island Radio, Chef Andy Wirya has designed a punchy, Filipino-inspired poultry bite that’s perfect for pairing with a glass of Australian wine.

It’s the best way to kick off a long, laidback lunch.

While the Snack Series is not a ticketed event, bookings are encouraged, and walk-ins are welcome.
